Synthetic Shorelines
The idea for my final collection originated when I was on a quiet beautiful beach in South Cornwall. I was attracted to the fluorescent colours of the plastic bottles and synthetic fishing ropes that had washed up on the beach. I liked the contrast of the bright man-made colours combined with the natural tones of the marine environment.
